do resistance crunches....get on an incline and put your feet under the holsters start at a slight incline and do 3 sets of ten, with a 30 second break between your sets.....then in about a week step in up to a more inclined position and also add a few more to your sets. thats what i did and i started seeing results in about 4 weeks, but also eat well, lots of protein, very little carbs

It's been mentioned numerous times before, you can't target fat loss on a particular area. You have to lose it all over. Number one thing is to eat healthy and cut back on the carbs and increase the cardio.
