That is a big "if". God does not determine who lives or dies. Nor does god or Saint Peter have a book with the good and bad deeds of all human beings. In fact, that sounds just like Santa Claus. Regarding why some commit suicide, it is because they feel they have run out of options. Which is nonsense, life is infinite creation - there are always options.

I believe in God. The key word is BELIEVE. There is a very good argument that there is no God, but than again there are many miracles that are not scientifically proven. Not to compare God with anyone or thing else but believing is the key. Everyone needs something to believe in and they chose to believe in God and in heaven because it gives us something to look forward to after we get away from this harsh world. This is also true with children and believing in Santa Claus and what not. So in short I don't think about if there is a heaven but I BELIEVE that there is a heaven for everyone even Atheists.

No, he doesn't. He wants us to go to Him with our problems and He will comfort us and give us the strength to get through are hard times. No one knows what happens in that moment between life and death. I'm not God, but I believe if someone does try to committ suicide and it that moment between life and death, they give their heart to God and ask for forgiveness, He will bring them home with Him. We won't know that answer until some of us get to Heaven. God is merciful and He is in control. It's ultimitley up to Him. We just need to follow His laws as best we can. If we fall, we get up and try again. He always forgives if we ask.

Most religious organizations have prohibitions against suicide for just this reason -- if they convince their followers that heaven is so great, they won't hang around here, they'll just off themselves and go straight there!
Problem is, there's no prohibition against suicide in the bible...:)
It's all made up -- god, heaven, etc. There's no proof any of it is real. This life is all there is. So don't waste it, you'll never get another chance.

Actually it states that if you take a life to include your own that you will never make it to heaven. If your gonna quote the bible I would suggest actually reading it as opposed to just going on what others tell you bro.

Heaven and God are imaginary.
The only certain thing is that Death is waiting for us all.
Live life to the fullest for you only live once
No one should waste their one chance at life by committing suicide.
That only makes you a quitter and a fool.

I'm Jewish, and in Judaism, we believe that suicide is a huge sin. We should appreciate the great life that G-D gave us.
