If you drink coke once a week is fine. It should not be on a regular bases. All this soda is no good at all whether its diet or not !!!!!!
During the summer may-be you can drink a little more sodas but lets not exaggerate with all this sugar!!!!!!!!!
People just don't drink or eat right which is a real shame!!!!!
COMMON SENSE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drinking cola is not a good idea for anyone with arthritis! The gas in the carbonation can have an adverse affect on the joints if you have any type of arthritis, including gout. Also if you drink too many colas and not enough low fat milk, women are prone to develop osteoporosis. Anything with too much sugar isn't overly healthy for your body either.

yes. They might have a side effect. Cola's lead to bone softness & it makes your bones weaker. This would suck if u were like an athlete or something because u might actually break one of your bones or something but hey that's only if you drink TOO much lol my bro is obsessed over pepsi. Believe me seriously OBSESSED :P

Yeah. they're safe. If you drink enough of the sugar-sweetened ones, you get fatter. And kind of hyper from the caffeine. And you gotta go potty a lot.

They rot your teeth, eat away at your stomach lining and cause brain damage because of the chemicals in them. No. They aren't. Drink water. Or juice.
