Depends on the state. Each state has a different fee for marriage licenses.... and if your J.P. charges a fee you have to add that as well. If you can give your state I will try to get you an idea of costs.

Depends. In some places J.P's aren't allowed to charge making their services quite affordable. They can only marry a person in their jurisdiction also, like a judge.

Might want to look for an Officiant that can meet you where you want to get married; park, beach, hotel, restaurant, the options are endless.

A Justice Of The Peace normally charges $50.

It is different in every state, but I would say it can't be more than $100 no matter where you are...I would definitely do research into it, because some states also require tests (HIV, etc) before issuing a marriage license.
