you do not weigh a lot unless you are 2 feet tall....
117 pounds is a good weight for a teenage.

If you want to do anything walking is fine but dieting at 13 is not a good plan!!

You are not fat! Gawd! Now, if you said you were 13 and weighed 180lbs... Then, I would tell you to watch what you eat, don't eat at night, and exercise at least 3 days a week for 30 min. Age really isn't that important, weight is mostly based on your height come adolescence.

hi , i know you say you way alot, but i'm 11 and i'm 5 foot 8 inches. and i weigh about a 115 lbs. and i'm 11!!!! But i'm super tall and muscular so ilook like i weigh about 95 lbs. so if your tall then your absoulutely fime. if your on the 4 foot 8 side then i suggest you cut back on your food intake and try running jogging or walking on saturdays. I'm in volleybal, basketball,softball and i play football! so if you get into sports then you will really shed those pounds! but you say you don;t look it and niether do i it could really be just your water pounds plus muscle!!!!!! if your extremly concerend about your health then ask your DR. if your weight is ok! hope this helps

117lbs it not a lot by any means. You're 13 yrs old. You're still growing and maturing. At this point in your life you should not be trying or even thinking about losing weight.

If you want to be healthy, eat a diet full of fruits, vegetables, lean meats (like chicken, turkey, fish, some lean red meat) diary products (like milk, yogurt, cheese) and good carbs (like multi-grain bread). Try playing a new sport at school. Maybe try dancing, or horseback riding. Maybe try gardening. Do activities that you enjoy.

if you don't look like it then your'e probably healthy. it might be muscle weight(muscle weighs more that fat) or if your'e tall then your'e spossed to weigh a lot. i am six foot and i weigh 150. that's normal. check the bmi(body mass index) or get a pinch test(13% minimum 30% is fat.)

Even if you're under 4 feet, you're not fat. you need to talk to your mother or someone about anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. They are both serious medical conditions and if you think you're fat constantly, then you are probably one or the other. Probably anorexia nervosa. If you search online for them there are millions of stories and helpful medical sites that could help you overcome this DEADLY disease. Please don't diet, it's dangerous when you're that skinny.

you can buy a fitness video for abs and Do what the video tells you to every day until you notice a difference. In some places their very cheap!

thats pretty normal if you are above like 5 ft. tall, but other than that i shouldnt worry! im at least 5 foot 2, and i way 110, and im skinny soo, yeah.

to be honest, you are not fat. nor are you underweight. your just fine. if you lose more weight and get really obsessed with losing fat, you might become bulimic or anorexic. and really, that's not a fun thing. i saw this tv show once about this girl becoming anorexic, really sad.
