Mostly 'cause they want to have sex I would assume.
You might find a guy for you in your place of worship, most hold functions for singles.

most men nowadays are only looking for a relationship that will end up in having sex in the first month. there may be only 5 to 15 men in 50 who will want to get to know a girl before he has sex and only 2 to 10 in 50 who will wait for marriage.

Most people dont buy a car without taking it for a test drive first right? Kind of the same deal with Sex....... what if the guy has a high sex drive and you dont? I dont think that is something you would want to find out AFTER THE WEDDING.

I know sex isnt everything but it is an important part of marriage.

Just keep weeding through the guys like me, I'm sure you can find someone who shares your thoughts on waiting.

Actually, I hope that the woman I meet still is a virgin because that will show me that she has high morals. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin. In fact, it's admirable - especially in this day and age. Keep waiting - both for sex and for the guy. I applaud you that you've waited so far.

Stick with your principles girl.

Young men are all bursting with testosterone and are keen to learn the 'arts of love' with whoever will let them. But in the end, they generally want their wife to be pure.

Yes well, it may not fit with most modern peoples views, but you can't overcome the power of nature. I'm not saying that girls shouldn't do the same - but they should not be pressurized into losing their virginity just because of peer pressure. BE YOUR OWN PERSON IN EVERYTHING - AND YOU WON'T GO FAR WRONG.

The first thing a guy is attracted to is basically what your saving. So if you want a guy to like you for who you are, be yourself. Don't dress in a sluttish outfit if you not going to do it. I'm sure you get what I'm trying to say.

It's definitly going to be hard at this day and age. But eventually you'll find one.

OH MY GOD!!! I've found my twin. I've got the same problem. But i think most guys like that, because they hope you'll give in to him. And, when they find out they won't be deflowering you, they leave. I don't think saving ouselves is weird. why wouldn't any guy want a girl who hasn't been passed around?

Because most men are dogs honey, and all they want is that sweet cherry of yours, and when they find out they arent going to get it unless they marry you.. they dump you. Bit of advice... KEEP doing what you're doing!!! DONT let it go for some jerk that aint worth it. When the right one comes around, you'll know it, because HE WILL wait for you AND marriage. YOU GO GIRL!!

some men are interested in just sex. you need to find `the one` you know, the one that will marry you. other than that it will be hard to find someone who will stick around for a long time, that is unless you find someone who will fall in love with you then he'll wait you'll see. be patient.

it is not like men dont like virgins i think we prefer just good sex and when a girl has sex for the first time they say it hurts them.. men dont like hurting girls.. for the most part.. some do but most dont... so that is my opinion... and if you save yourself for marriage the guy you marry might not be compatable for sex with you.... try him out first...
