TRY MIXING IT WITH HIS FOOD OR PUT HIM BETWEEN UR LEG'S WHILE YOUR SITTING ON SOFA THEN PUT UR HAND UNDER HIS MOUTH AND TRY SQUIRTING IT IN BETWEEN HIS TEETH AT THE SIDE OF HIS MOUTH.

WHEN HE'S TOOK IT NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE STRUGGLED TELL HIM HE'S A GOOD BOY AND PET HIM UP AND GIVE HIM A TREAT

This might sound kind of mean but, you have to cover his nostrils. He will want to take a breath and will react by opening his mouth to breath. I don't recommend doing this by your self. You will need to hold his head toward the ceiling, and prepare to insert the Syringe into his open mouth in the cheek area. (Where his back molars are) His lips will help keep the liquid from escaping his mouth. Then you need a friend to do the dirty deed of placing their fingers over his nostrils. You must be quick to be successful. When you successfully get the horrible tasting medicine into his mouth, give him a big kiss and a snack. Even if he struggled the whole time, if you reward him he will be better behaved next time if he knows there is something in it for him at the end.

They always said 2 is better than one lol. You might want to try having someone stand stratling the dogs back and holding his head steady with his mouth open and then you can shoot the medication in his mouth from the syringe. Or the other way around if you feel more comfortable holding him. If that doesn't work I would say try calling the veterinarian and see if you can mix it in some food to make it easier on you.

Make sure you have a good grip on the dog and open his mouth. Squeeze a small amount in his mouth between his cheek and his teeth. Dont even bother to put it at the back of his throat because he will fight you and you will end up with medicine all over you and the dog. When you put it between his cheek and teeth, tilt his head back and blow gently toward his nose. This will trigger his airway to open and he WILL swallow it. Then repeat until all the medicine is gone :)

If you hold the tip to the corner of his mouth and slowly squirt the meds in will work. You can also take your thumb and pinky and press on his jaw closest to his head to make him open his mouth and squirt in that way. Both are very easy, you may want someone to open his mouth for you or hold his head if he is a wiggle worm or a very large dog. Good Luck KG

By "shot" I hope you don't mean vaccines. They are not given by mouth.
For meds, I just hold the dog next to me and squirt the meds between the cheek and the teeth, just a little at a time.

Hold his head, put it in as far as you can and push the plunger in. If he's strong, you may have to have help. Be sure to talk to him calmly and give him a treat afterwards!! That way he will associate it with something positive next time!

HOLD HIS HEAD STILL AND INSERT THE TIP JUST INSIDE THE CHEEK AND SQUIRT IT IN.

It is very simple. Really.
