Whats better for getting rid of hair- shaving or wax?? If wax where i can by it??? If razor-- why is it bettter??? Thanks!!

I would say wax is better, because the results last longer than shaving. You can buy it anywhere, like Walmart, Walgreens, stores like that.

Waxing is good because it keeps the hair gone much longer than shaving. downside is that the first few times are extremely painful. Shaving is a fast fix, it also help to exfoliate your skin and using a good shving cream will mosturize th skin also. That means nice soft skin. Downside hair grows back after like, 2 days! Now that you got the goods and the bads, make your decision based on your needs. You can by a variety of wax at a drug store where you by razors, usually in the same aisle!

deff waxing b/c it lasts longer and after years of waxing the hair wont grow back anymore!! but the best of all is nair or veet but if u r allergic 2 them then try a veet or nair for sensitive skin or 1 with no special scent or color and afterwards rinse it of with warm water and dont use soap on it 4 a few hours and right after u rinse it put on a medicated lotion and then wear long pants (or if ur not doing ur legs, long whatever) and DONT TOUCH IT! until the next day

Shaving doesn't las as long . You could buy the waxing kit at wal-Mart.but the best thing is Nair.You get that at Wal-Mart to.It is like lotion you put on your legs andlet it sit for 10-8 minutes then you get in a shower and rinse it off.It lasts a long time and it leaves your legs really soft

if i'm not mistaken i believe in order to wax "it", "it" must be fully grown. although w/ shaving you have the possibility of getting razor bumps and it is cheaper. you know if you have a bf or gf, you should ask. my bf actually didn't like it shaved or waxed, he just liked it trimmed neatly and just a little bit. so whatever floats your boat. good luck honey

Depends on what you need it for... But if its just for legs, I shave mostly. Wax comes in do-it-yourself kits nowadays in the pharmacy, and I get my eyebrows threaded at the salon because it lasts longer.
Down there... well, that's entirely a personal preference kind of thing.

Waxing is better by far. It lasts longer, and over time, it inhibits hair growth.
