Funny that - when I had an incompatibility problem BT refused to help - so wireless router still waits.

Info update.

My computer connects through a BT modem. Cannot connect via the router because the system is set to connect via their modem to the telephone point and has to run through the computer first so router pointless. Software is written this way. BT and Belkin unable to help. What is the problem that you are facing? If I find an answer to my problem and it is the same as your problem I will let you know.
