You could brew a fruit beer using the figs...fruity beers seem to be pretty popular right now, the bar where I work always has Oaken Barrell Razz-Wheat on draught and it is pretty popular. Figs, I am unsure aobut, but i hve seen many beers made with many kinds of fruit, what have you got to lose....just be careful, you don't want the fig flavor to over power the beer taste, it should have a hint of the fruit, like Dogfish Head's Aprihop

I've never done this with figs, but Kayleigh's idea sounds interesting. I distil my own vodka, and I've flavoured it with many different fruits, always with excellent results.
