My throat hurts and so does my head... I'm also a little hungrier than usual and definitley tired.

When I'm sick, I usual drink warm tea and eat vegetable soup or chicken noodle with a large bag of throat drops.

A tablespoon of lemon juice & honey for the raw/sore throat, a light meal of tea and toast, then take two aspirin and call me in the morning. Seriously, let your body be your guide for what you want/can eat, drink plenty of liquids; orange juice, 7 up, sprite, and get plenty of bed rest. Take Vitamin C, and try that Airborne stuff…it really works! Hope you’re feeling well soon. ;)

I take echinacea goldenseal herbal supplements, usually on the onset of any illness. Trust me, they work. The E. builds up your immune system and the G. helps with the runny nose. Pop some rosehips vitamin C too.

Eat healthy, chick. soup is good, get plenty of rest, as much as you can, and drink lots of fluids, like OJ and water. Try it and you WILL feel better. Hope you feel better soon.

I just had a little thing cold/flu

I had anything I was craving because I had a loss of appetite

here is what sounded good to me:
popsickles
chicken noodle soup (home made)
pizza
fruit

I say you should try to snack on lots of fruits. Since vitamin c is usally the cure for colds how about snackin on fresh oranges? chicken broth is usually good. since your throat hurts the soup would probably be easy to eat. mashed potatoes too. steamed vegetables would be easy to eat as well.

All the cliches are heading ur way now from me! Chicken soup to fill you up, warm lemon and honey to soothe your throat, and banana's to cure ur headache. But not all at the same time! Get well soon!

Soup usually chicken. It will soothe your throat and it just makes you feel better. Oh and lots an dlots of cold medicine- the kind that makes me sleep.
