that is the perfect weight, that how much I weight in 9th grade and I was 5'6 then,Now I grew a bit more during high school, and got to 5'8 and I weigh 118 points still.You sound like you are in perfect, I hoprd that helped you sweetie!

You are fine. At 14 you carry a little baby fat so don't worry about it. You are the below weight for your height. you could be 121 and skinny.Do not diet. Just eat quality food. A healthy lifestyle and get excesses and plenty of rest. Make sure you drink plenty of water it leads to a clean complexion. Soda is not water. Water is water. Nothing else.Green tea is nice but it is not water. You are fine.

Please do Not make your weight an issue at such a young age. If your doctor says you're healthy, you're ok. Focus on external things for now. I'm sure you're a very attractive kid. Unless you've put on a bulk-load of weight within a short period of time, you don't need to be concerned. Go hang out with your friends and do well in school.............

im 5'8 and weigh 126 pounds...you are actually under your bmi rating (body mass index). you have nothing to worry about you just have to eat properly and get your daily needs. also take a multivitamin daily...no name brand ones are just as good as the expensives dont let them fool you. get daily exersize and walk at least 30 minutes a day +. if you plan to work out, eat a lil more than needed and work out like this...monday, wed, fri...your body needs rest but even on rest days, walk 30 minutes+.
in order to be eating properly you need 5 servings of grains...1 bagel has 4 & 1 piece of whloe wheat bread equalls 1 serving as well as 125 ml cooked rice is 1 serving...5 servings of vegtables and fruit but more is very healthy for you...2 milk products so 1 125ml cup of milk and a yogurt will make 2...& 2 meet or alternatives such as beef pork etc...or fish or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter makes one serving...or 1 egg...125 ml baked beans or 2 slices or lunch meat also equall one serving...if you get your 5522 daily...you are healthy ;-) and dont forget to drink at least 8 ounces of water daily...pop juice or any subsitutez dont count!!!

for your height u should be around 117lbs so yes u r good. Too skinny is sickening to u. Boys like some shape and u seem to be doing a good job so be proud and don't lose anything :)

I wouldn't loose any weight, you're fine, don't get caught up in the idea. Be kind to your body, take it from me, the road of anorexia is one that is never really conqured and nearly ruined my life, by nearly killing me.
