After a few shampoos it will loosen up.

I suggest a Smoothing creme or lotion.....the perm will loosen as it gets older but you want the look now .....i understand.....if possible you might try for the 1st week to curl you hair with larger rollers.....this will relax some of the effect from the perm.....temporarily.....dont re-perm.....cos i know some that have tried to ill effects.....not necessary.....wish you luck and good hair days will be here again

buy a perm comb the perm solution through your wet hair for 5-7 mins rinse thoroughly next comb the neutralizer through your hair for 5 mins only then shampoo use a deep conditioner I suggest trimming the ends and style as you like.

wash and set your hair on medium to large sized rollers this should help for the first few weeks until lyour perm relaxes a bit

maybe go see if there is some kind of shampoo/hair treatment that will relax your hair or something. a shower might help as well. plus your curls will drop after a while. a little at least!

Buy one of those ceramic hair straighteners. It's like a curling iron but has flat blades. It can curl your hair but also straighten too tight a curl. They cost about $15.00 at places like Target.

Use an anti-frizz conditioner and comb/brush your hair pulling gently downwards as you dry it on cool. It will loosen up in a couple of weeks though.

Yes, hey--it's happened to the best of us!! If you're doing this while your hair is soaking wet, you need to use a blow dryer on the COOL setting for about two minutes, and then try, and see if that doesn't help.
