Try http://Luxe.worldventures.com They search all the other main sites like Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, hotel and airline sites and offer you the lowest price. You’ll save even more when you book it as a package like air and hotel together.

I compare prices on travelocity, expedia, hotwire, priceline and other online companies. If I have time, I would also get a quote from my local travel agency. Then, I use priceline's "name a price" feature and put in a cheaper price and see if it's accepted.
