Yes, a Muslim man can marry a Christian or Jewish woman. She doesn't need to convert but she has to agree that their children will be raised as Muslim and after divorce the stay with their father. A Muslim woman can only marry a Muslim man.

No. It is forbidden by Muslims, unless the man converts to Islam. So much for "there is no compulsion in religion"

No, she has to convert. I just saw a biography about Queen Noor of Jordan this morning. She was born into an American Episcopalian family or something like that and she had to convert when she married the King of Jordan.
