I don't know your race, but I am as white as whipped cream and I went to Wal-Mart and looked for hair straightening at home treatments, that specialized in African hair textures, and it worked great. My husband thought I was nuts, that it wouldn't work on my hair, but it was great and it lasted about 6 months. Good luck.

I use the herbal essence straightening supplies. I straighten it and put the straightening hairspray on it and brush it down every day. You still have to straighten it, but only about once a week.

If you have curly or wavy hair, you have to straighten your hair. You may also contact God and ask him to give you straight hair.

chemical relaxers will do the trick. Personally, I just use my mother's clothes iron to make mine straight. Takes less time.
