Remember too that in the Buddhist belief, karma is rarely repaid in the same lifetime that it is accumulated. In that instance, it's very likely that if you needed to learn a lesson from things you had done incorrectly, you may well end up in a life where such things are done to you--so you know what the receiving end is like.

If will be a result (direct or indirect) of your actions. So, it won't be the same thing, but it will relate to it in some way, although you may not be able to see the relation.
Imagine you toss a stone into a lake. Waves come out from the place where the lake was disturbed, and hit a log in the lake. Waves ricochet off of the log and return to the place where the stone disturbed the lake. Does that make sense?

karma is a basic law.multiplicity is also another basic law in creation.both are inevitable.when a seed is sown, during harvest you reap a lot more.both laws work together.the longer it takes, the more you reap.this law applies to both good and bad deeds.
basically, this law is telling us just to do more good so that we reap it back bountifully.that is a blessing from God!

>>"However, some do believe...what comes around goes around. "<<
roflmfao. what the hell do you think karma boils down to, other than "what goes around comes around"?
its not neccesarily the same or even similar, but generally has a equivalent "point"
think of it as lessons.

Yup,it will be returned.
Might be in 10 mins or 10 weeks .......or even yrs .....sometimes it will be necessary to repay it in next incarnation.
p.s. why on earth do religious brainwashed folk reply to questions on karma & spiritualism,lol...we are all quite mad in here ;)

it may not be the same thing , but in retrospect you should see the same lesson in it
for instance ... if you cheat on someone , they may not cheat on you ... but in a future relationship you may encouter problems of a similar nature where trust is an issue
