GRILLED CORN ON THE COB
6 ears of fresh corn (shucked and cleaned)
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper
Seasoned salt, optional
Barbecue seasoning, optional
Place corn on a very large piece of aluminum foil. Pour melted butter evenly over corn. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (also seasoned salt or barbeque seasoning if desired). Fold foil carefully to be sure it is sealed. Place on grill. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn often.
GRILLED FOIL ROAST VEGETABLES
Cauliflower
Mushrooms
Carrots
Squash
Zucchini
Snow peas
Onion
Potatoes
Green pepper
Red sweet pepper
Broccoli
1 stick butter
1/4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
Use fresh vegetables only. Make a sealed pouch from 2 large pieces of foil. Leave one end open. Put ingredients in and seal. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn and cook 15 minutes more. Take from grill, place pouch in deep pan before opening.
I make this for large family cook-outs, but recipe can be adjusted to the amount you need.

Grilled green beans! Cheap, quick and easy. Fry four slices of bacon until crisp. Peel, wash and finally chop one large onion. Open some cans of green beans, depending on how many servings you need. Spray aluminum foil with non-stick spray. Add beans and cumbled bacon. Top with onions, add a teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste and cook on the grill.

Make little foil packets, line it with bacon and lay thinly sliced potatoes (peeled or unpeeled), sliced onion, salt, and pepper. Toss it on the grill with your burgers and cook till done. It's cheap, easy, super tasty, and the clean up is a breeze.

QUICK, CHEAP, and EASY-
And, it also goes with burgers and salad. Get a can or two of baked beans (I happen to like Bush's) Heat them in a saucepan and add any spices or barbecue sauce that you think would improve the taste.

Create some sauce that is 2 parts ketchup 1 part bbq sauce and add half cup o sugar. Bake the waterchestnuts in bacon until bacon crispy. pour on the sauce and bake for a couple more minutes. Or find a recipe on the net.
