Man, I feel so uncomfortable after interviews, I went in for one today, and afterwards I felt everyone who looked at me's eyes. I'm about to start an office job and I don't want it to be akward between my co-workers. The thing is, I'm a nervous wreck. Even seeing people out of the corner of my eye causes me to change how I feel and my mannerisms. I'm going to be right next to beautiful women all day who can feel the tenseness in my body, plus I have to type data entry. I ate a larabar after the interview and i've been so far tonight only drinking water and eating vegetables because it calms you down, but does anyone have any tips besides all of these procautions i'm taking? The thing is, not to even be concieted but i'm beautiful too so as I left today just every single person possible is staring at me and I feel like all of my actions were under a microscope or that the people looking got uncomfortable for themselves and didn't know what to do, what do you guys recomend?

Since you posted this question in the Pregnancy category, the best advice would be not to get pregnant?

Sweetie, first thing, understand most of those women aren't interested, aren't looking, and don't care. That's first. Second is, there's loads of beautiful people out there who can't think. If you can think, you're ahead, so practice. Think about real stuff, though, think about the world situation, the war, whatever. Use the brain you're given. Believe me, smart lasts, pretty doesn't. I'd rather have a homely dude with brains any day. No woman wants competition. You're probably more than safe!

It sounds like you suffer from social anxiety or something akin to it (though your description of thinking everyone looking at you was getting uncomfortable themselves is a little out of line with that), which is quite treatable with simple medications. Speak to your family physician or a specialist such as a psychologist or a psychopharmacologist. But be sure to tell the doctor all of your concerns so that you can receive the proper diagnosis.
