Berry Filling
16 ounces froven mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, ect)
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and the crust is a light golden color.

First u have to have the stuff for it and u just first heat the crust at 400 degrees and keep it in the stove for 5 minutes than take it out and wait until it cool but chop up some berries and put the berries in after it cools and u have a mix berry pie

Makes One 9-inch Pie
8 servings
Crust
9-inch Classic CRISCO Double Crust
Filling
5 cups assorted fresh or frozen berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries (thawed and well drained)
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Heat oven to 425ºF.
For crust, prepare Classic Crisco Double Crust recipe and press bottom crust into 9-inch pie plate. Do not bake.
For filling, combine blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and almond extract in large bowl. Combine sugar and cornstarch; add to berries. Toss well to mix. Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
Cut top crust into decorative shapes and arrange on top of pie or cover pie with top crust. Flute edge. Cut slits in top crust, if using, to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 425ºF for 40 minutes or until filling in center is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Cover with foil if necessary to prevent over browning. Cool until barely warm or to room temperature before serving.

1/2 c. canned gooseberries, drained
1/8 tsp. almond extract

Spoon filling into unbaked pie crust. Cover with top crust. Flute. Cut slits or prick with fork for steam to escape. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool to room temperature
PIE CRUST
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cold crisco shortening
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons ice water
Mix dry ingredients Cut in shortening with pastry cutter. Add ice water and continue working until dough forms. DO NOT OVERWORK. Makes 2 pie crusts. If you like flakey crusts, this one is for you!!!

Just sugar , it all depends on how much fruit that you are using I would say about 2 cups, but you need to kind of cook the fruit down a little until the sugar is melted and then put it in the pie

Mixed berry lush 1c.flour-1stick butter-1/2c.nuts-1c.powered sugar-1 8oz.pkg cream cheese-1c.cool whip Mix flour,butter,nuts,until crumbly and press in 13x 9 in. baking pan bake@350degrees for 15 min. mix remaining ingredients with mixer and spread on top of cooled crust.Beat together 2 4oz.pkgs vanilla pudding(instant) and 3c.cold milk.mix in 2c.mixed berrys(or single type of berry)also you can use canned pie filling! .spread this mixture on top of creamed cheese layer and top with cool whipsprinkle w/nuts or coconut if desired....enjoy All fruits if the seasons

cook berries in a pot heat in syrup and let boil and get juicy add 2 cups of sugar and mix should look like jam
