OBVIOUSLY nothing illegal, but as far as supplements are concerned. I'm bench 150 for the moment, I can do more, but i'm afraid of doing something, I want to take something very high in protein, but obviously as it's high in protein, some reminance can stick to your bones afterward. What's a good supplement/ vitamin/ or anything to chose? I take wheatgrass, I eat fruits, vegetables and everything in between, obviously meat, but what else? Oh, and a side note, any guys out there who like girls who are stronger than them? Ha ha ha. :-P

are you going for pure strength, muscle gain, or definition? That is a key in what you take. I like whey gold strawbery flavor. It can be bought at a local vitamin shop and it doesnt taste like crap like the other stuff. muscle milk is also good. drink the protein shake within 20 minutes after you work out or your body will end up using proteins in your muscles to start the building process of muscles over agian.

Hmm, well on an absolute basis 150 lbs isn't going to be stronger than most guys, but regardless it sounds like you have a pretty nice body there.

I know nothing of your "reminance" issue, but supplementing protein and vitamins -- plus water -- is about the best thing you can do. If you were a guy, you might consider creatine but its less effective on women. You might want to consider it anyway. Just be aware that it can cause some intercellular water retention that you may or may not find desirable, but it'll go away when you stop using it.

High protein diets help build muscle. That's why you see pro athletes eating a lot of meat and eggs.

To build up your press don't forget to build up the rest of your body as well. Those other smaller muscles help you bench as well. Do curls, lats, butter flies, and such.

Check DNC for stacker 2000 and other supplements. Read the ingredients carefully to avoid artificial chemicals.

As for muscular women, I have always loved them. Better loving than average. They can also be tougher to tame, a good challenge. Great arm wrestlers too.

I would take a spotter. They help get the bar off of you.
