this can happen as the cervix is still soft....so any penetration can cause a little bit of blood.....it should only be heavy spotting though.....not like a period.....if it continues seek medical advise.....congrats on the bubs

Yes. That happens sometimes. Especially if you had an episiotomy and stitches. You might have ripped a little. Just take it slow and easy. You were traumatized down there.

If you are bleeding a lot, call the doctor. And take it easy!! Make sure you've had adequate time to heal.

Light spotting is okay and normal... birth rearranges stuff down there and it can take a while to get back in order

it is more than likely old blood anyway, but if not maybe it's too soon, take time to heal properly. and take precautions, you can get pregnant even if you are breast feeding.
