If the white spots are looking like little zits, but don't come to a head, then you have millial cysts. These don't come out on their own, and no skin cream removes them. If you are seeing dermatologists, then there is nothing I can offer you as a treatment.

Acne/ Pimples
Acne/Pimples are small blisters filled with pus. If you're worried about spots, you deserve to be taken seriously. Often a teenager spends hours in front of the mirror wondering 'How did I get it there?' and 'How should they get rid of these'. Pricking the spots or squeezing them only makes them worse as they reappear with vengeance in even more wider area of the face. All teenagers and some adults are constantly bothered by pimples. If you are worried you should see a dermatologist. Some self-care methods would also help.

Boil / Skin Abscess
A boil, or skin abscess, is a localized infection deep in the skin. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with white cells that the body sends to fight the infection. This collection of white cells is known as pus. Finally, the pus "forms a head" and drains out through the skin.

Hi, I am a esthetician(skin therapist). And in response to your question I have a question for you How is your cholesterol? I have had lots of clients come into my office and they have little white spot under the eye or on the sides and some near the mouth. And It is cholesterol coming out in your skin. The skin around your eyes and mouth is very thin and delicate and for some reason if you notice if your sick the skin around and under your eye will show signs of it. So all it is, is cholesterol. But that my opinion I would have to look at your skin to be completely sure but if you ever get a facial ask them to look at your skin through a Woods lamp or black light and if it shows yellow under the light than it is definitely cholesterol. Some can be extracted depending on the size but only by a professional. Also try to stabilize your cholesterol. Hope I could be of help.

you sure its not leucoderma? Well if it is, then it could be hereditary, which is incurable. It can also be becoz of some liver trouble.
You could also be having a fungal (ring worm, yeast, candida etc. )infection. For that, creams contaning antibiotics and anti-fungal sulphur compunds would be recommended. But hygiene is of primary importance.
Or You could be having psoriasis. Again thats a internal disorder.
Certain medicines containing Psoralea corylifolia, a small herb are prescribed. Homeopathic / Ayurvedic treatment is best, its long, but very effective and curable.
Yes it could also be cholestrol deposit. Cut down on your fat intake. go for veggies and fruits.
In all cases, consult a very good dermatologist.

Yes, she has a very insightful outlook on life. I seem to remember hearing her on National Public Radio and she always seems to have an interesting outlook on things. Here a a few from my own personal list that I would add: Remember, tomorrow is going to be a new day. I doesn't cost you a penny to say 'thank you'. Life can be hard - show compassion to others and to oneself. Sometimes it’s better to make up your own rules. Dance like no one is watching you - even though they probably are. A good song on the accordion makes everything better.

Could be acne, exposure to the sun, or herpes.... why don't you see a skin specialist, and a gyn doctor, to check out and see what's causing the problem, whether it is something with skin or something sexually transmitted.
In the meantime, help your skin out, and drink lots of water, stay away from fried foods, and no soda.
Im NOT a doctor, but I do know sure proven ways to improve your skin's condition.
Good luck
