Just curious. There are a few people in my life now that I know that have no means to subsist another human being, yet they continue to make more, and ask everyone (including yours truly) for assistance with their progeny.

Is having a lot of kids despite financial and in spite of emotional handicaps a sign that people are needing something in their lives? Maybe they think a kid will fix a troubled area in spirit that thry do not want to confront? I just don't get it.

I don't get it either. Your hypothesis is good, I always figured they just have no other ambitions other than to procreate.

Is this a veiled complaint to your parents? maybe we can all be more fulfilled by not criticizing the other people's families.
