Is there a service in MA that can help people that cant drive get to theor doctor appointments? She has no family nearby and she has no way to get to appointments. She is on Medicare and I am trying to help her.

I would call the local Health Department and ask them if there is a community transportation service for disabled citizens.

You can find one in the yellow pages or call a hospital or care facility. There are medical transport companies who do door-to-door service. Another option is to call a taxi. It might not be convenient as a medical transport business, but at least you know you'll get there and back safely.
