Fasting is usually done for religious. And then, you should not eat anything except liquids like water.
If you are fasting for other reasons, then you need to seek the advice of a doctor.

EDIT:
Well, then they are not really 'fasting' in the true sense of the word--by choice. If they go too long, they experience cramping and bowel issues while their body adjusts to having food again. Ever see the show Survivor??

No offense to you, but if you read your question, you did not ask properly to get the answer you apparently are seeking. With your edits, we are finally getting to what you want to know and what you are asking.

2 days? Should not really make a difference. Your body hasn't gone long enough w/o food, that you should have to start eating anything special. The person may want to start out slow, just to be on the safe side--small portions etc.

Usually after 2 days, eating isn't really a problem. I've done it a few times and my stomach was fine as long as I didn't try to make up for lost time. Just stay away from very fatty or sugary foods. An egg a day is fine if that is your major source of protein. it's mostly a problem if you are eating a lot of other animal products. Eggs have relatively high cholesterol but the advice to limit them is based on a diet that also contains red meat.

fasting means you are not eating anything. Just water. While you fast your stomach shrinks up a bit and so you don't need to eat as much as you did before to feel full. When you break your fast you should eat something healthy, like vegetables or fruit. Your body is going to absorb whatever you first eat because it hasn't had food in awhile.

Different people will tell you differnt things about eggs. I say, all is good in moderation.

I person should not fast unless for religious reasons. Fasting is a healthy idea. You cannot get a stomachache from fasting. If a person eats any thing except fluids, you are not fasting. If you eat an egg is considered food.

If you are fasting you aren't supposed to be eating anything! Liquids only and if it's for medical purposes it should be water only! And eggs are high in cholesterol.

Uh, if you're fasting, you are not eating at all. That's why it's called a fast!

You can drink water right? If so, that'll decrease hunger somewhat.
