Im I gonna die!!!!! What the heck is this stuff?

Well, it sounds like you have oily skin,...maybe just a bit oilier than normal. So, as a result any dirt like minute particles in the air, smoke, even car exhaust gets on your face and in your pores. Now your skin, which breathes like you do needs to expel this excess oil and in doing so the dirt in your pores comes to the surface. And as you have noticed when you wipe your face the oily dirt comes off looking like black liquid.

To combat this keep your skin clean and wash with a good facial type soap, using an astringent as part of your hygiene will also help keep your pores clean.

I'm no dermatologist and it sounds like you need one, but maybe you were in some environment recently where your skin absorbed something in the air and then you sweated it back out.
(smoke for example)

it may be due to dirt and oily skin. you really should see a dermatologist.
