The Great Babble....?

Do you christians notice, just how true it is, just as the Bible says:

Proverbs 20:19
Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets;therefore do not associate with a simple babbler.

1 Timothy 6:20
O Timothy, guard the deposit entrusted to you. Avoid the irreverent babble and contradictions of what is falsely called "knowledge,"

2 Timothy 2:16
But avoid irreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness,

--I see this all the time- I hear it all the time!-- Do you notice and are you spiritually aware that many will speak as if they are wise, when they are really speaking babble? Just as it is in philosophy, and other "deep thoughts" that people have decided to live on...And the most amazing and awesome part is that the Gospel of Christ is SO SIMPLE. Even a child understands it- And the world is wanting to make it more complex....This is why the Gospel of Christ should be SPOKEN out loud more! For Christ has called us to be "fishers of men"-

Do you love others enough to share the truth with them?

Colossians 2:8
8See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.

Chippy, I am sorry to hear that- But there is a way to preach the gospel IN LOVE~

gwiz- What type of church do you go to? And what is your source on the Gospel of Christ not being real? I am curious....

I am Christian,I agree with your point,however there is no such thing as "The Gospel Of Christ" wish there was ,It would make things easier.

Must be easy when you can just call anything you don't agree with babble, and then quote some ignorant bronze age goat herder as corroboration for your will-full ignorance.
