Juno and SSL?

A friend is using Juno on XP (via dialup) and cannot access her work webmail from home. It seems that Juno is not allowing her to browse to any "https" site. I have cheked her internet security settings and she has everything set to medium. She has even added the site as a "trusted" site. Any ideas?

This isssue occurs for ANY "https" site.

I doubt Juno (or any ISP) would be the problem. Maybe her work has controls in place that prevent dial-up. (Mine did.)
