It might help a little. Darv's are basically Tylenol with a little kick. Usually the only thing that helps me is to lay down in a dark quite room and rest. If you get them often though, I would recommend going to see your doc so he can make sure you get the right treatment. And to make sure they are really migraines and something else isn't causing the headaches. Drink alot of water too. Sometimes major headaches can be brought on by dehydration. Water and rest might help. Can't hurt to try.

Not really, the best treatment that my son and I have gotten from the doctor is call topomax 25 mg, one or two daily until you start to notice that you migraines stop decreasing, I has worker miracles sine the doctor prescribed it last year,.

in my experience no it did not help. i have migranes and i use excedrine migrane or norditryptalyn. your doctor needs to evaluate what type of migrane you are having because there are different types.

Darvocet is mild to begin with, and it's not usually indicated for migraines. Someone mentioned Topomax, and I've heard it recommended before.

The best way to treat a migraine is imitrex. My mom uses it and it works very well.
