Yea my will power isnt that great either, we have four little boys, and being a stay at home mom, i feel myself "snacking" all the time. Im 5'2 and i weigh 148. I try to leave the room during lunch time. I get them all set up to eat and i sit down in the other room where i can still see them and talk to them and i just stay there until they are done or want more. By that time the food is pretty cold so it doesnt taste as good. I also bought some slim fast shakes. I only like the strawberry cream ones. Actually they ALL suck. But make sure they are really cold and just drink them as fast as you can. They really do help control your hunger. After i drink one im no longer hungry. Then at supper time my boys all have their small character plates they eat off of, i grab one and eat off of too so my portions are smaller. Those are my tips. and during nap time i do a DVD called walk away the pounds. Helps me sooo much cause its easy to do and its actually fun doing them. GOODLUCK!!!!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

hi,u should fisrt start with a healthy diet,starting with getting rid of any junk food,pizzas crips ect. then start going to the gym and ask to speak to a triner who will point u in the right directions forthe exicises,then go running 2 or 3 times a week,after 2 weeks if u stvk to this your notice your weight drop ,then once u see the change your will power will gwet alot better cause u no its working.good luck

I have this hipnotherapy CD I bought it on ebay for £2 and believe it or not it really worked. I tried loads of things before to loose weight but this really did help the will power thing!

2 when you fell hungry drink water first hunger and thirst pains and cravings are very simmer so half the time you think you are hungry you are really thirsty.
3 get rid of all binge food out of your house if you cant easily get it out of a cuber ed you wont binge.
4 take the stairs no more lifts.
5 the foods you usually binge on cook them your self by scratch because (a) you will see whats going in and half the time will change to make it healthier or realise what you are putting in your bodies ( i made chocolate chip cookies and when i saw how much sugar and butter needed to make the small batch put me off all bisects) and (b) the amount of energy to cook from scratch will help you lose weight.
if something take less to get to by car it can be easily walked in 15-20 min so ditch the car and if my 65 Granada can walk 30 mins to a shop to get his newspaper you can too.
by human nature we are lazy so when you see that lift or microwave meal say to yourself I'm not going to be lazy it works.
if you are hungry eat if you don't you put you body on starvation mode and makes it harder to lose weight.
the only way to get out of this mode is to exercise.

you don't need to stop eating to lose weight just eat all you want but the right things healthy low fat things, fruit vege fish cut out all the rubbish foods replace with healthy, you won't go hungry so you won't need much willpower, unless you can't avoid those chocs and cakes, just get rid of them and you'll do it.

Yeah, dont buy food that you know you're going to eat as junk food. And when you go to the store, bring only a small amount of money so you can only afford what you really need.

you need more than will power. will power is an emotional thing so it isn't totally reliable. you need to set up your whole life so that you can't fail to achieve your goals. Awaken the giant within bu anthony robbin is a good read for goal achievement...
