Believe it or not the best way to maintain good hair health is through diet. Eat healthy foods and drink 8 glasses of water a day to give your hair moisture and lustre. Also, use both shampoo and conditoner regularly and perhaps a good leave in conditioner like Infussium or John Frieda.

The best solution for you is 2 step process.....first of all ...hair spray is known to dry your hair out if you use it....i suggest spay gel w/o alcohol......then i would use a leave-in conditioner....every know and then use a a hair masque.....the best simply is mayo....the heavier the better (the cheap kind not Miracle Whip got sugar in it).....then I would up my dosage of B-complex vitamins as well as Biotin.....they sell this at most drug stores...this should get you a good start

The best way to have that done is go to the the hair salon...it's only cost like 20-30 bucks to have it done and take care of

Frizz-ease. Or other shampoos that say on the botte "for longer, straighter, shiner hair," or somethin like dat!

try not to use heat on ur head i know its hard not to brush it alot this helps penitrate the scalp and encourages growth use good hair treatments and get ur hair trimmed every two months
