I would have took the lady seated her on the man of my dreams in the front, put my friend in the trunk and drove to the hospital, my friends house... and home for the after party

give car to take best friend to take old lady to hospital and stay with girl of your dreams.... unless its a car that can sit all four of you, in that case load em all up and take the lady to the hosp, drop friend off at home, and then its just you and your girl of your dreams
