Plz help me. I cannot do a hamstring stretch without bending my lower back(where the butt area is). Also it doesnt reallly hurt, I just cant do a hamstring stretch with a stright back.

Have someone hold your back straight, if you still can't do it, don't worry, you just have a more bend- than stretch body. Lol. It's just a different type of body than most.

Yes, walk over to a wall for this streatch, and put your hands on the wall, lock your arms and push on the wall then just put your foot back and streatch. It's like your lungeing and pushing the wall at the same time. Thats how I was taught.

It keeps your back straight although in a \ kind of way, and you can often times get a deeper streatch without worring about balance or hurting you knee too much

Lie down on the floor, pull your knee to your chest, then grab your ankle and try to straighten out your leg. You'll get a great hammy stretch. Do one leg at a time keeping the other leg flat on the floor.

stand on the bottom step of the stairs on your toes. this should leave most of your feet hanging in the air, now drop your heals below the level of the step this should do it for you. hold the handrail for balance. let me know if it works for you.
