i want to loose weight without reducing food quantity because then my metabolism will b used to it, n i might get fat with just a little amout of food.

I weighed 212 this July and was very unhappy with my weight, I am 5'9 33 years old...I threw all my groceries away and went to H.E.B and bought me Smart One's lunch and dinner packs in the frozen food area and low fat milk with a healthy cereal and salad as well. I also purchased One A Day (weight smart) vitamins. I eat cereal for breakfast, eat a meal plus sald with light dressing for lunch and the same for dinner. Dinner is around 6 pm... I then went outside my apartment complex and drove a mile and clocked it then began walking a mile a day, eventually I was able to jog the mile then slowly added another then another then one more. I kept it at 3 miles a day straight 5 days a week and I now weigh 173 in about 8 weeks. I look and feel great...Oh one thing i left out is I drink Crystal Light or sugar free koolaid and on weekend I eat what I want and where I want. Then back to schedule during the week. My friends ask what weight I am trying to get to, I tell them I dont know yet I feel I have the power to choose a weight now because I have seen what I have accomplished. I was never able to do this in my younger days I am so happy but it takes discipline and that's what majority of people don't have. They look for a miracle pill that doesn't exist or say they can't do that or don't have the time, well I didn't have the time either I made time for my body because I was really tired of the way I looked.

omg me too! i have been eating something small every hour like an apple or a peice of cheese (something healthy). Dont eat any junk food, but it is ok to have a candybar once a month. this really works! ive lost 5 lbs in a month. Oh and instead of eating so much at main meals to where you are really full make it so you are just content. (eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner is best). to maintain your figure just watch what you eat after that. dont go on any of those other diets because it is unhealthy to loose more than 10 in a month. and when your done with the diet you'll gain wait much easier than you did before.

go on a diet im skinny n im 14 and i wana gain weight! well i try ma best to eat but it nevr workz out!

my hubby and i went on the South Beach diet about 2 mos ago, and it has really worked for both of us. the best part...we're never hungry!

eat as much fruit and as you want boil it or steam it but don't add any fat or sugar. once you reach your target, keep it off with regular exercise.
