Go to Yahoo Autos on the homepage. The it will ask if you want new or used cars. In the Used Car area type in your area code and then a list of cars will pop up you can brows through. If you're looking for a specific car, price, or mileage, there is a column on the right that asks you questions and then all those cars will pop up. I always use that site. It gives you all the cars for sale around your area.
