Hate to break it to you, but pretty much everything gives off radiation (including yourself). Even bananas give it off, in radioactive form. However, answer #1 is correct, in that the radiation released (including that from a computer) is too low of a dose and/or of the wrong wavelength to be able to cause any harm to you. And you're supposed to keep a monitor 18" away so you don't strain your eyes.

Yes, the computer and the monitor give off radiation. Some older monitors give off levels that are considered unhealthy since they used to make use of lead and mercury in the display.

if they did give off radiation, I promise you would get more from standing out in the sun for 5 mins than what you would get at your computer for 24 hours.

All electronics give off some radiation. It is very weak and of no biological consequence that we know of.
