I am weighing more now than I ever have and I'm only 3 days in.I'm having all sorts of health problems and want to change my life.I have tried everything,every diet ect. I know that it just takes lots of exercise but at my size and weight its soooooo hard.I finally got the eating thing down,I don't eat as much but the exercise is KILLING me!any words of advice or friendly s. esteem boosters?

Hi, I am a nutrition coach...I will love to help you! Ok, 1st thing...You need to eat At least 3 times a day! If you don't, you will gain weight...YES! Skipping meals will make you gain weight instead of loosing it, why? Your metabolism will slow down because its got nothing to process...If you eat 5 small meals a day your body will be like a little machine and therefore your metabolism will be faster. If you have tried all diets and pills (like I did) I really recommend that you should try Herbalife...It has changed my life! It is healthy and it will give you all the nutrients that your body needs and it you will also have Every! Lets be realistic...you will not loose 20 to 30lbs unless you are obese! But you will lose 2 to 4lbs a week, that is the healthier way to start. Also you might think that the more you work out the more weight you will lose, but guess what? That is not true either!
If you power walk or jog 3 times a week for 30 min. That is more than necessary! You don't have to kill yourself! It wont help you if you don't let your body rest...

I lost thirty pounds that had been sticking to me for seven years. I would lose a couple of pounds, then gain five back. It just went on and on, ever since high school. I tried Atkins, but what sounds great at first (unlimited portions of steak, fish, eggs, etc) soon becomes unthikable and somewhat gross. Then I tried an online book called "The Movie Star Diet". It wasn't easy, either, but something about it at least kept me from giving up, and I finally did lose all that weight. You just have to find what works for you and then go for it with all your might. I know you can do it, because if I can, anyone can.

Last fall I did Pilates for 2 months and watched what I was eating and lost 15 pounds. I had gotten a bad cold and couldn't get motivated to get back into it. Just a few days ago a friend and I made a commitment to go walking every night. It makes it easier when you have a friend to do it with you since you won't want to let them down you can keep each other motivated.

Dude, youre only 3 days into it. the body can flucuate by five Lbs by just water weight alone.

Also, make sure what you eat is right for you to lose weaight, In other words, healthy. You can still have delicious food that is healthy. change your carbs ro brown carbs, like wheat and brown rice. Lay off the white carbs like enriched flour. "Enriched just means that it is so heavliy processed, there is no more nutrients, so scients have to pump them back in with chemicals."


Stay away from processed foods in general. (Junk food)

As for exercise, dude, its FUN. Get an exercise buddy, one that will motivate you and that you enjoy his/her company. If you dont like your exercise routine right now, do something more fun, like taebo, supermarket sweep, american gladiators, etc.

Lastly, focus on the body that you will have, insetad of the pain you feel during exercise. Imagine in your head that you already have that body you always wanted, Make it so real you can touch it, put in all the details.

diet and exercise are teh same thing. they go hand in hand

Remember these few things love and you will be fine:

1. You are a vibrant and beautiful child of God Therefor you can do anything you set your mind to

2. You are a women come down from generations of beautiful and vivacious women.

3. Your body was created by God and therefor
divine, no matter what size you are

4. You understand what it means to take control of your life and body to make yourself more healthy

5. You know, if you put good things into your body, you get good things out of your body.


and last but not least


6. You are a beautiful and vibrant child of God! You ARE divine, no matter what anyone says!

exercise can be hard,,, but if you want to lose the weight you must do it...my suggestion is bodies in motion its a great program and has worked for me...its on fit tv...it worked for me at 325lbs...ive lost 75lbs...it took a year to lose that...i slacked about 4 months...and am back on track...i have only 50lbs to get to my goal...the best thing about being at a high weight is you lose weight faster with exercise AND diet in the beginning...so good luck
