I never had a chance to fly with them, but you can find some interesting comments on this site:

check some inflight meals:

Here are some examples of passenger opinions:

LHR to JFK in July 2006. check in very good. No inflight entertainment as all screens out of order also on return trip. Food very good. Return flight not that good temp too high some staff not very good (Russian). Tickets cheep, could not be beaten.

Travelled London to JFK at Easter. If you really care about drinking alcohol and using an entertainment system then this airline is not for you. However, the flight was very comfortable both ways, with the cabin being far from full. The stewards were pleasant and the food was fine. The fare was also very low, especially considering this was at a holiday period.

Flight was on time but I would discourage anyone from flying this airline. No attention was give to our children, the child menus we ordered were not delivered and every TV monitor on the plane was broken. On the flight back to Manila exactly the same was true with the entertainment system broken on every seat, poor meals and average service.

I wouldn't recommend flying on Kuwait Airways when it comes to long distance travel, especially nowadays that many alternatives are available. Even though the airline company itself has been in business for a while, that doesn't necessarily guarantee its reliance. It's getting worse and worse as we speak. Many passengers complain about the services offered by Kuwait Airways, if any! So, if you're planning on traveling from the Gulf region to the far east, I suggest choosing Emirates Airlines or Qatar Airways. They are way much better compared to Kuwait Airways. Perhaps these links will be of help to you...

I have flown with them on short-haul only, and they were fine. If you are travelling to the Far East there are many alternatives offering direct flights. Where exactly are you going? It may be worth looking at the national carrier of the country you are going to as well as BA and Virgin.
