My boyfriend has tons of blackheads because his skin is so oily. Use some alcohol on a cotton ball and wipe your face. In the morning, they will be to a head, take the rounded in of a bobby pin, and run over the blackhead, it will come right out!

Some pharmacy's sell a blackhead remover tool. Wash your face. Then use a washcloth with hot water to place on your body wherever the blackheads are...let it steam to open the pores. Then use the tool or a loop end of a bobby pin to remove blackheads.
I have heard there is a product that is made by Biorge that is a sticky strip to place over the bh and pull off to remove.

since blackheads are essentially dirt, the only way to permanantly get rid of them is by following a treatment program, using products like roaccutane (which really isnt as bad as people make it out to be) or a contraceptive. The treatment takes about 6 months, usually reserved for acne, but i suggest u visit a reputable dermatoligist. The treatment is costly but it beats a beautians facial or any other short term treatment.

AR is wrong. Blackheads are not primarily dirt. They are a mass of skin pigment (Kerotin) that accumulates in a plugged up sebaceous gland duct.
