1 Timothy 5 speaks broadly to the issue of church discipline within organized religion, but it's more about remediation of a problem than about splitting when things turn bad.
In Luke 10, Jesus advised his inner circle to shun every aspect of those deaf to the gospel.
Organized religion is a construct of man and not God: as a believer in (and joint-heir with) Christ, you are as independent as Jesus Himself; however, the authority exactly equals the responsibility (it is never either lesser or greater).
Do recall that Jesus was on earth subordinate to the Father; you are likewise not wholly sovereign. If the Father directs you to an association, then you are thereat obligated unless or until your orders change.
If you are awaiting further instruction, and have not been assigned to an association, then you are free to move about as you see fit; however, this does not give you license to ignore heresy.
If you happen upon a body of persons having in your estimation fallen prey to false teachings or evincing hatred rather than love, it is your responsibility to make known to the Body the nature and quality of the offense, and to identify it with sufficient particularity that those guilty of it may see their error and repent.
Beyond that, except you receive specific instruction otherwise from the Father, you're free to stay or to leave.
Re: Hebrews 10:25 (see below), consider the stated purpose and recognize that those aims are easily achieved through the use of modern communication technologies not requiring the assembly to be physically in one location.

If it's the Catholic Church you should stay put!! Remember when Paul was being brought by boat to Rome and one time a great storm came up and he was shown that no one should leave the boat because if they left the boat they would be lost--well that boat was the Church and the storm that came up is the stuff that happens periodically. Stay in the boat!! You will be saved. Jesus said "The gates of Hell shall not prevail against her"

I guess you didn't believe me the last time you asked?
I've heard Matthew 10 misused in this way by one idiot.
11"And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. 12 And when ye come into an house, salute it. 13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. 14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. 15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city."
This is clearly referring to evangelists entering the homes of the unsaved who will not received their message. The house is not a church.

I am not sure what you are referring to. In Hebrews it says not to forsake the assembly of believers. If you are having a problem in your Church, Pray First. If you find you can no longer be faithful to that Church, find one you can be faithful to. But, with respect, be sure the problem isn't in you.

if u mean:
Where in NT is comments about leaving the church.
Its more about leaving a church..
Quite often many church groups get tangled up so much in their particular flavor of faith that it becomes undoable for others.
If u mean that, there is nothing wrong with leaving one church to go to another.
