PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Freeze-Dried product prepared from freshly harvested bulbs, leaves and tubes of the component plants which are washed, sized, frozen, freeze-dried, ground and blended with salt and pepper. Product of the USA.
INGREDIENT STATEMENT: Shallots, Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, Chive, Sodium Aluminosillicate, Leeks, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil(cottonseed and soybean) and ascorbic acid.
FLAVOR: The product has a mild onion flavor.
