Talk to Him more often. When your friends call you on the phone, you know who you're talking to without wondering who it is. You talk to them on a regular basis. The more you talk with God (and stay on your knees long enough to get a response) the better you will recognize His voice.

He can talk to your heart or through life and experiences. it takes time to know when it is God talking, but there will always be certain times when you will know in your heart God is talking or showing you something.

Problem here is that too many actually believe god talks to them.
Ie; the recent killings that were done by people who claimed that god told them to kill.

If God actualy talks to you you will know it... there will be no doubt... no concern for sanity...it will be clear as a bell.... if you are questioning then He has not yet spoken to you....

It's a still, small voice in your heart....sometimes correcting you, sometimes guiding , but always loving. Sometimes He'll bring scripture to mind just when you need it most...you'll know it when it happens!
