TAKE HER TO THE VET NOW! A good vet will see a critically ill pet no matter whether the office is open or not, and she sounds like she is definitely a very very sick little kitten.

I think there is more to know about a situation before rushing. Check every orifice, check if it could have been the fleas dried blood that is left, Give her tuna and see how she reacts, usually they go nuts over tuna. Pat everywhere feel if there is a bump or something odd. Check her bathroom and see if there is blood there. If it seems like it is internal or a bigger problem then yes take her to the vet now or if you want to see how she behaves over night then 1rst thing tomorrow some vets are open on saturdays.

i agree with everybody else, you need to take her to the vet soon. and make sure you know everything is wrong and signs of sickness. bleeding and not eating can be many things going on ( and obviously not very good) you need to pay more attention to where the blood came from and if she is vomitting- very important because she could be poisoned, may have worms or have a fever( normal temp. should be at 102 degrees, anything higher or lower is trouble)

The best thing you can do is to keep her hydrated , force water down her every 30 minutes . Keep her in a cool relaxed place . If you can get her to eat a little it will be good but not to much because you aren't sure what the problem is .
About the blood , Did she have fleas ??? Sometimes when a animal has fleas the eggs produce a lot of blood so when you bath them you see all the blood in the water but cant tell where it came from .
Like I said , keep her hydrated , thats the most important part , even if she doesn't want it . FORCE IT .

No, call your vet and tell them it's an emergency. You may have to pay a little more to get in today, but it you want your pet alive come Monday, I'd go today.

If she hasn't been eating, drinking,or playing, then something is wrong. Take her to the vet as soon as possible.
