Does J. C. stand for what I think it stands for?

Anyway, not all religions believe in a Hell, so you're leaving out quite a large population of the world with your question. Reminds me of a joke:

A guy dies and goes to Heaven and is being shown around by St. Peter. They pass by a group of people and St. Peter says, "Over there are the Christians." They come across another group and he says, "Over here we have our Mormons." Another group and he says, "Here are our Muslims." They continue to come across different groups of people and St. Peter states what religion they are each time. Finally they come to a wall and stop.

The guy looks right and left and up, and it's wall as far as he can see. He turns to St. Peter and says, "What's on the other side of the wall?"

St. Peter places his finger against his lips and answers, "Shh. That's where we keep the Catholics."

The guy whispers, "Why do you keep them over there?"

St. Peter responds, "Because they like to believe they're the only ones up here."

You haters can't understand... Religion is not the way to heaven. Religion is imperfect since it is an invention of man. I can't come up with one good thing a religion ever did. Salvation is in Christ and you don't have to be any religion to become His child. Jim

I am lucky, but in no way do I find happiness in others demise. Hell is serious, and seriously bad news, a "liquid lake of fire". I described it to my young son as "a dark tomb filled with lava". This is no place I'd want even my worst enemy. Nor does God, he desires to see NO MAN perish but for all to come to Him thru Christ. Today is the day of salvation!

I am a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and we don't believe others will "burn in hell" nor do we go around telling people that., like all the wonderful Christians.
yeah, I feel lucky and very blessed, thanks.

6,000,000,000 people can't all be wrong even when they disagree about almost everything, right?

Not sure they have the oil to fry people in Hell. probably demons would prefer not to have the oil spit on them.

We are lucky because we have Christ in our lives now.

when you die, your body is turned to dust, you cease to exist. there is no such thing as burning in hell. Besides how could something made of flesh and blood, burn for eternity? Eccl.9:5, 10 and Ps.146:4
