SOmetimes the inerts cost more than the actives, sometime the processing is more for a small er pill, etc.

Patch's answer could be right. Are you talkingt about the prescription cost or per pill cost?
Also could be 15mg are more concentrated, a different formula ( like time release v. original formula, or the name brand.

perhaps they are giving you more pills of 15mg... then they are of the 30mg or 37.5mg.

so you are probably paying less for the 15mg PER PILL, then the 30 or more, but you are just purchasing more pills at one time?
