It sounds like your blood pressure rises when you are under stress. It happens to me too and I sweat heavily when under anxiety too. I'm trying hynotherapy at the moment but am not convinced. However, I have noticed this week that I have stopped allowing things to stress me out so much. I've dealt with the worries and eliminated as much as I can and do deep breathing. The doctor says I suffer from the redness thing, but I am more convinced it is a reaction to anxiety. Aim for a stress free life and very good luck!

Sorry but you cant stop yourself turning red, same as you cant stop yourself from laughing when you are tickled, its a reaction to something, you'll have to work out what it is.
Loads of people pull the prank (as I'm sure you'll already know) where they say, god, why have you gone all red?! And you'll turn red because they've said that and everyone is looking at you, although I'm sure that's not the case, it may help :)

I used to do this a lot. Now that I am older it does not happen as often. There is nothing you can do but deal with it for a while. When you get embarrassed or excited blood will rush to your face and it will turn red!

There is nothing wrong with blushing . It some it is real cute, it make you appaer innoncent even if you not. It is emotions showing on your face. the only reason you know this emotion is because people have told you about it, But other emotions come out on your face as well. It is the way you were created therefore it is up to you to learn to love yourself even with this slight change of colors.

It could be that you just have Roseca - a natural pinkening of the skin that really can't be treated. You could try wearing a thick foundation - but then it would be like your face is going red only around it. Go to a dermatologist and see if there is anything they can do for you.

Wear foundation and light blusher, which should cover up the redness. Its worked for me many times. Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse is the best foundation to use for it.
Good Luck.

Always breathe a lot. If you think you are starting to turn red then think about something else or distract yourself.
