Because he and his buddies employ a lot of illegals and, being motivated only by what is immediately best for themselves, do not want to mess up their good thing. The do not care about Mexicans, Americans, Iraqis, or anyone.

Because this is a real issue. I'm an independant. I like some democrat representives and some republicans. From what I've seen on here most democrats and republicans are against illegal immigration. The only ones who are for it are the illegals and their supporters. Their supporters are mainly buisnessees that want to keep cheap labor and a lot of the hispanic comunity. Alot of our hispanic comunity is from illegal immigrants. Their are alot of them who's parents weren't citizens but they have been born in this country or they have maried citizens and other ways. America don't want illegals here. We are finaly stepping up.

They think differently but come to the same conclusion. Neither side is for the illegal immigrant.

The Democrats want more votes and they encourage illegals to register and vote even though they're not citizens. Fact is nobody checks.

Bush wants cheap labor for his corporate lobby, which has him in their side pocket.

It's really a shame that nobody in Washington represents the law or the citizens any more.

Remember texas was part of mexico till santa anna got stupid and blew it. Cant keep the border secure without a legal channels to open mirgrants from latin america, and perfer all the troops in iraq on the border, and a guest worker program anyways. They can be kept as busy in Mexico as Iraq, but I think they wouldnt wanna put millitary troops there since the grunts would want a cut of drug money

In my opinion he's worst! Both Dem's and Rep.'s are so corrupt at this point in time.

The best thing to do with them is vote them ALL out of office.

When you see "Incumbent" on the ballot don't vote for them!

In my opinion, George W. Bush is a War monger and Cheney provides the Weapons!

If he truly was our great protector, he would close the boarders, and he wouldn’t have poked a Big Stick in the eye of the Middle East!

I don't think their is really much difference between republicans and democrats, what they say may be different, but you'll provably get the same results either way. To many of the politicians are just puppets being player, and payed for by special interest and huge corporations. We need to make stipulations to keep these corporations from being able to influence government.

Don't say George Bush thinks like a Democrat. He is Republican through and through. You brought him. You dance with him.

If it was up to the Democrats he'd be clearing brush in Crawford full time.

Because at this point all politicians are pandering for votes.Any of them would sell their mother into the sex trade for votes.I don't trust or believe any of them at this point.I will tip toe thru all the knee deep caca and vote for whom ever comes the closest to my views on the issues.I don't care what party they are with.I want some action on our most pressing problems here in this country, and I for one am tired of lies and BS.

Because he's lived in Texas long enough to know that there is no power on Earth that can stop the illegals from coming if there are jobs here and no jobs there.

When your children go to bed hungry every night, a father will do whatever it takes to get them food. If that means risking death in the desert to try to get to a good job in America, that's what he does.

And if it was your kids, you would too. You know you would.
