Splenda is NOT really a Sugar; per se. What it is in actuality is a chemical that "fools your taste buds" . . . And believe me, it doesn't work on everyone quite the same way. You might just want to avoid all sweets if you are going to be dealing with "Sugar Substitutes" for the rest of your life. [Especially, if that fact alone is what shortened your LIFE to begin with.]

i use splenda as a diabetic. i looked on the box of packets and it doesn't say. i guess you will have to get out a measuring cup and start opening those packets. sorry.

one packet equals one teaspoon of sugar. The box tells any other conversions needed.

splenda is poison. all sugar substitutes are poison. your better off with real sugar
