Be honest, which groups drive you nuts? Which groups would you like to avoid?

Isn't it funny how many of the answers imply I am a racist for asking a question? The make generalizations about me while saying they love everybody, everybody but people asking questions they don't like that is. Can you ever really reach people that are that ignorant?

nope. my own race drives me crazy (white/causasion(sp?)

White Americans are very immature and ignorant and steryotypical.

You have 'white chocolate' (lazy well off surburban white guys that act like they're tough black ganstas from the inner-city).

And the south are all racist towards black. And everyone thinks every Asian is smart and every Arab is a terroritst, and every Hispanic is an illegal immigrant.

I hate America, I'm tired of it and it's people.

I'm getting out of here as soon as I can.

Peace.

Being around other cultures can be irritating when you don't understand why they do things that seem socially unnacceptable to you. The best way I've found to deal with this in my culturally diverse area, is to find out more about the culture, it will make life much more interesting, you'd be amazed at the stuff you pick up on in your environment when you know what's going on. I asked a Chinese friend why so many asian strangers stand so close to me in line, even touching when there's plenty of room. She laughed and said "in China, space is at a premium, and taking up too much space in line would be considered rude, so you see they are sub-conciously trying to be polite". It is good to know these things, as being annoyed by the people around you is like peeing on your own leg, only you feel it, and it does no good.

Even though not technically an ethnic group, I second the notion, Jerseyites have the worst manners of everyone in America, and I've been to 36 states. Don't just take my word for it, Newark, New Jersey was selected as the rudest city in America at least once. NOT EVERY ONE WHO LIVES IN NEW JERSEY IS A JERSEYITE, BUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!

Well theres a huge group here in AZ that I can think of but of course I have a hard time saying it because I do have friends that are of this culture..They tend to have this attitude towards all races except their own and it pisses me off...They interbreed, overbreed, cant always handle their liquor, and never leave tips...Oh yeah and make huge messes in public places...I know what youre thinking...Shes a ***** for saying this..well yeah maybe I am but I have the right to my opinion and when Asked about it im going to talk about it...Im sure there are plenty of people out there that have opinions about my culture as well but it doesnt bother me...

Gee, the male groups can really irritate me. Oh, I suppose that isn't an ethnic group, since any ethnic group could be in the male group. But, I stand firm on my answer. smiling.

I am not racist at all, however since I live a area where majority of residents are UK decedents, and in fact I feel tired of living their ways. In my perception, I feel their communication is somehow artificial, and I see them slightly more superior-minded than other race.

I keep getting calls for the chinese takeaway down the road. I know it's not their fault, it's just a tad irritating when I'm organising a candelight supper.

None. They all have their quirks. But I would avoid you. I do not like racists. I assume you are an American, land of equality for every citizen, unless a person is african american, mexican, indian, japanese, chinese, polynesian... every race but caucasion.
Try being an educated person, and learn about other cultures.

At times, but I don't group them the way you are asking this question.

Anyone at anytime can be irritating to someone.
